Marilyne Pflieger is currently a Researcher and Lecturer at the University of Nova Gorica (Slovenia) in the Laboratory for Environmental Research.<\/p>\n

RESEARCH INTERESTS<\/strong>
\nFate, impact and removal of organic pollutants in the environment
\n–    Behaviour of pesticides, PCBs and PAHs adsorbed on atmospheric particles and\/or marine plastic fragments\/microplastics;
\n–    Atmospheric sampling of pesticides and VOCs;
\n–    Heterogeneous (aerosol) and homogeneous (water) photodegradation studies (ozonation, OH radical oxidation, photolysis);
\n–    Photocatalysis of antibiotics in wastewater;  
\n–    Ecotoxicity of organic pollutants;
\n–    Electrical-discharge-based techniques for the removal of antibiotics in water;
\n–    Analytical technics (e.g. GC-FID\/ECD\/MS, LC-MS\/MS, HPLC-UV\/FLD, IC, TOC\/TN, PFE\u2026)
\n–    Design of experimental devices.<\/p>\n
