“Koutsospyros Agamemnon“
Dr. Agamemnon D. Koutsospyros is a Professor and Director of the Graduate Environmental Engineering program at the University of New Haven. He holds a Diploma of Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Polytechnic University (NYU Tandon School of Engineering). His research interests cover physical, chemical, and biological processes for environmental control, contaminant fate and transport, reuse of waste and renewable materials in environmental processes and production of biogas from anaerobic digestion of algal biomass. During his more than 25 years of consulting and academic experience, Dr. Koutsospyros has authored over 100 articles in scientific/professional journals, conference proceedings, textbooks, and handbooks. He is a founding member of the international conference series “Protection and Restoration of the Environment”.
Dr. Koutsospyros is the founder of the Online M.S. Environmental Engineering program at the University of New Haven.
