WWSS19 will offer the possibility to master and PhD students, as well as to wastewater and biosolids professionals, equipment suppliers, public bodies and organizations to present their work by e-posters. A one-page abstract should be sent to wastewater2019@eap.gr;<\/strong> (please see below the abstract guidelines). The organizer will review this material and will timely inform about the acceptance of the presentation.<\/p>\n

WWSS19 will offer the Best e-Poster Award to the three best posters<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

(First: 200 euros, Second: 150 euros and Third: 100 euros).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please read the guidelines below carefully.<\/p>\n

\u2022 All posters will automatically be considered for the e-Poster Award (there is no need to apply for the Best Poster Awards)<\/strong>.
\n\u2022 Two reviewers will select the best posters.
\n\u2022 The winners will be formally announced during the closing of WWSS19, on Friday 26 July, 2019.
\n\u2022 The three winners of the Poster Award will also receive award certificates.
\n\u2022 The posters will be evaluated in terms of scientific rigour, design and layout, contribution to the field, relevance to the School theme and overall presentation.<\/p>\n

Abstract Guidelines<\/strong>
\nVolume: min 200, max 300 words in English ready for printing MS Word for Windows format (.doc); (a single paragraph, without indentation)
\nPaper size: A4;
\nMargins: left and right \u2013 20 mm, top and bottom – 25 mm;
\nFont: Times New Roman; font size – 12 pt, single spacing;
\nTitle: in bold type, capital letters, Times New Roman, font size – 16 pt; limited to 20 words
\nName of authors: font size – 14 pt (without degrees);
\nName for the certificate
\nAffiliations: Include data for the authors at the end of the abstract as follows: degrees, name, family name; work place; address for contact; telephone, fax number, e-mail.
\nAbstract layout – Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:
\nObjectives
\nMethods
\nResults
\nConclusions
\nReferences are not obligatory
\nNo Tables, graphs and images should be included<\/p>\n
