A one-page abstract should be sent to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:wastewater2021@eap.gr\"><strong>wastewater2021@eap.gr<\/strong><\/a><strong>;<\/strong>\u00a0(please see below the abstract guidelines and important dates). The organizer will review this material and will timely inform about the acceptance of the presentation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>June 30, 2021:\u00a0<\/strong>Deadline for the submission of e-posters one-page abstracts (abstracts to be sent to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:wastewater2021@eap.gr\">wastewater2021@eap.gr<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>July 11, 2021<\/strong>:\u00a0Notification of acceptance of e-posters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>July 16, 2021:<\/strong>\u00a0Deadline for the full Registration to the WWSS21.<\/p>\n<p><strong>July 21, 2021:<\/strong>\u00a0Deadline for the submission of final e-posters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WWSS21 will offer the Best e-Poster Award to the\u00a0<u>best poster of the Session<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please read the guidelines below carefully.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All posters will automatically be considered for the e-Poster Award\u00a0<strong>(there is no need to apply for the Best Poster Award)<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u2022 Two reviewers will select the best posters.<br \/>\n\u2022 The winners will be formally announced during the closing of WWSS21, on Friday 30 July, 2021.<br \/>\n\u2022 The winner of the e-Poster Award will receive an award certificate.<br \/>\n\u2022 The posters will be evaluated in terms of scientific rigour, design and layout, contribution to the field, relevance to the School theme and overall presentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract Guidelines<\/strong><br \/>\nVolume: min 200, max 300 words in English ready for printing MS Word for Windows format (.doc); (a single paragraph, without indentation)<br \/>\nPaper size: A4;<br \/>\nMargins: left and right \u2013 20 mm, top and bottom &#8211; 25 mm;<br \/>\nFont: Times New Roman; font size &#8211; 12 pt, single spacing;<br \/>\nTitle: in bold type, capital letters, Times New Roman, font size &#8211; 16 pt; limited to 20 words<br \/>\nName of authors: font size &#8211; 14 pt (without degrees);<br \/>\nName for the certificate<br \/>\nAffiliations: Include data for the authors at the end of the abstract as follows: degrees, name, family name; work place; address for contact; telephone, fax number, e-mail.<br \/>\nAbstract layout &#8211; Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:<br \/>\nObjectives<br \/>\nMethods<br \/>\nResults<br \/>\nConclusions<br \/>\nReferences are not obligatory<br \/>\nNo Tables, graphs and images should be included<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poster Guidelines<\/strong><br \/>\n(Digital Poster without a video)<br \/>\nFile format: PDF (.pdf)<br \/>\nOrientation: Portrait Format, Single-Page<br \/>\nDimensions in Pixel: 1080 width x 1536 height<br \/>\nDimensions in cm: 38,1 width x 54,2 height<br \/>\nRecommended font zise: Minimum 16 points<br \/>\nSound: No sound supported<br \/>\nMaximum file size: 9MB<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>e-Posters Program WWSS21 &nbsp; General Instructions WWSS21 will offer the possibility to master and PhD students, as well as to wastewater and biosolids professionals, equipment suppliers, public bodies and organizations to present their work by e-posters.
